Alexis Jones
Alex graduated with a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation in 2018.
She works with the Armed forces as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (ERI) before becoming self employed in 2024. Alex has a passion for women’s health, Breast Cancer Exercise specialist (Pink Ribbon) & has completed her APPI Matwork Level 1.
Rehab isn’t just about recovery — it’s about rediscovering strength, confidence, and ease in your own body. Every session is built around you — your story, your goals, and what makes you feel at home in movement again.

BASRaT is the UK regulator and professional association for Sport Rehabilitators.
Extensive Training & Qualifications
Alexis has her BSc in Sport Rehabilitation, as well as multiple other qualifications.
