WOMEN'S HEALTH SUPPORT
A women’s specific health support consultation is a private one to one appointment whic addresses issues including pelvic health, pregnancy or postnatal changes, core concerns, hormonal changes, and overall comfort or confidence.
It begins with a detailed discussion of your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals, followed by a tailored external-only physical assessment focusing on posture, breathing, movement, and core/pelvic function.
It’s ideal if you want guidance, a holistic approach, or support without internal examination.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE (& SUPPORT)
A pregnancy massage is a clinically informed session designed to support your body through the physical changes of pregnancy. It begins with time to discuss your medical history, pregnancy journey, and current symptoms, ensuring the treatment is safe and tailored to you.
The session then focuses on hands-on massage using pregnancy-safe positioning and techniques to relieve discomfort, reduce muscular tension, and help you feel more comfortable whilst pregnant. Where appropriate, it can also include gentle exercises, posture and movement advice.
MEDICAL ACCUPUNTURE / NEEDLING
Medical acupuncture/ dry needling is used to support pain relief, muscle relaxation and recovery. It involves the use of fine needles placed into specific points in muscles or connective tissue to help reduce pain, ease tension and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Acupuncture can be used as a standalone treatment or also as part of a wider rehabilitation approach, if appropriate.

SKIN AWARENESS (MASCED)
