Alexis is a BASRaT registered Sports Rehabilitator with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Rehabilitation and over eight years’ clinical experience across military and private practice settings. She provides clinically led rehabilitation across a range of musculoskeletal and women’s health–related concerns.

No. While I have a strong background in sport and military rehab, most clients are everyday active people who want to move without pain. You don’t have to be an athlete to deserve proper rehab.
